Birth Announcement
You were there for the death of our elliptical machine; it is only fitting that you be involved in the birth of our brand new elliptical. Tammy is so proud of her brand new baby, and I'm so proud that I had a really good attitude performing the delivery. Shelby was so excited that she drew the elliptical a little picture with a heart and her name on it.

Yeah for the new eliptical! I used to love those at the Y (back when I had lost a ton of weight that is...) HOpe you guys enjoy. =)
