I Love Thursday Nights
I love Thursday nights - because Friday is my day off. My Thursday nights are like most people's Friday nights; I can stay up late and don't have to wake up early. Generally on Fridays I will take Tammy and Shelby out somewhere to shop or eat and I try to get in some extra exercise and video gaming.

Well, the chilis looks GREAT! The boflex... umm... you should come down... Cari and I will let you in on our entertainging work outs! Bring Tammy and Shelby too... shoot, must weeks, I have Joey on my belly while doing my crunches, or the kids all dancing in front of us while doing our high impact arobics... Now that IS A WORK OUT! =) You can borrow Joey if you need some crunch intensifying... He would be glad to aid you! Oh, the Wii... can't say I've ever experienced... so no great story. ENjoy your day off! You deserve it! =)
