Today I took a little, much needed, vacation day with Tammy and Shelby. We enjoyed a meal out and some Christmas shopping at the mall. Today was the first day that I was able to enjoy vacation time without being sick. The first round of antibiotics did the job of taking care of my illness. However, I got a call a couple days ago from the doctor's office, and my throat culture revealed a bacteria that required another antibiotic, so I will have 2 weeks of antibiotics in my system. Which I'm totally cool with; antibiotics are my friends. :-)
