
If you read my last post you read about how I've been trying to get my home theater sound system repaired for months now. After 3 months of go around I was called by the company and told that they couldn't fix it and that I could expect a phone call from the Circuit City I took it to. After not hearing back from that store - I called them and they said they had received my old unit (again) and that I could come in and exchange it. Tammy, Shelby, and I made the trek to the store looking to exchange the unit.
I went in hopeful that my marathon was over and that I could bring home my new sound system; but deep down I was expecting something to go wrong. When I explained who I was and that I needed to make the exchange the customer service rep told me "we don't have any of those in stock". *?!?!* You know what I did? I smiled. I couldn't help but laugh.
The customer service reps were nice and said they would locate one and have it shipped to their store - I smiled and said, "That would be great". It should be at their store in 2 weeks... we'll see :-)
I'm very proud of you... reading that... well... you need a pat on the back! Good Job showing Jesus! whew! Stressful!!!
