I've been meaning to post this for a while now. Within the leadership of the church we have been working on our "discipleship process". Our process is described simply by our statement "Grace - Grow - Go". In order to help bring a visual example (metaphor) to illustrate this process a very generous person within our congregation hired a professional this summer to help us out. This is only one image of what Arrick sent back. I'm going to try to figure out how to get the animated GIF file (which awesome) posted onto this blog. For now, this gives you an idea of the metaphor we will be working with...
