I saw this necklace on our vacation and knew I just had to share it with you, (my faithful blog readers :-) In case you can't read it; it says, "Make a wish...and put on this necklace...when your necklaces wears off... your wish should be granted..." In other words, "When this necklace breaks your wish will come true".
This has to be the best marketing ever! This company made a piece of garbage necklace and some genius turned it into a positive. The company looked at this necklace that was made cheaply and was falling apart and began to wonder, "how can we make this work to our advantage"? When the little necklace breaks, rather than some little girl crying, she can jump up and down and say "My wish is coming true, my wish is coming true!"
My question is, what if I wish that my necklace won't break???
