Contrary to popular opinion, next week I will not be going to a Jimmy Buffet concert in Hawaii (although the Hawaii part sounds great). Next week Tammy, Shelby, and I will be joining Tammy's mother, Linda, and traveling to Fort Myers Beach, Florida!
This will be several firsts for us. This will be the first time we have traveled all together with Linda on a weeklong vacation; this will be the first time we have gone to Florida and NOT gone to Walt Disney World; this will be the first time that Tammy or Shelby have ever been to the ocean.
I'm super excited about this vacation. It will be great to spend the week with "Grandma J" and we will be staying at a beautiful resort called the Pink Shell Resort & Spa. Have any of you been to Fort Myers Beach before? Any recommendations on sites to see?
I hear Buffett is going to be there that week NOT.
