For the record, this record does not belong to me, it belongs to my wife. While I am not a huge Grease fan I must say this Olivia Newton-John movie is much more acceptable than Xanadu!
WOW!!!! I remember when that movie came out. Loved those pants she wore. Wish we could of had a carnival after our graduation! But that was before my time. Heheheheheh.
You might have to clarify for the younger generation that the item in picture #3 is an album, a record, vinyl, 33 1/3. That was what we had long before cd's. The big question is do you still have a stereo that will play it? I do.

ReplyDeleteI will not express to you how much of a crush I had on John Travolta when I was eight. It's just too embarrassing.
ReplyDeleteI'm curious as to what the sound quality is like on this record...
Not only do I love this movie and it's soundtrack, but I am pretty certain that Olivia Newtown John had something to do with me marrying a blonde. :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd, yes, I like Xanadu also. I sing "Suddenly" to Jen on a regular basis.
Derek & Coby,
ReplyDeleteI don't think this record has been heard since Tammy rocked it back in the early 80's.
Tammy will have to play it on Derek's phonograph ;-)
