Today went by really quick. I have been trying to tie up some loose ends before Tammy, Shelby, and I get away for a little R&R – I love preaching but 22 weeks straight in the pulpit is more than enough. After Glen Cox’s funeral (keep praying for his family) we are going to head down to Nashville, Tennessee. I keep telling people we are going down there on a mission trip to convert all the country music fans to Christianity (can you tell I’m not a country music fan?). I love giving folks around here a hard time about country music :-)
You say, “Well why are you going to Nashville if you don’t like country music”? Good question. The answer is, “the mall” - Tammy loves the Opry Mills Mall. I really enjoy the Opry Land Hotel (not staying there however). I also like: the warmer climate, the history of the area, RainForest Café, IMAX Theater, and the Marble Slab Creamery...

Well... that sounds like a great vacation to me... Jeff... he feels the same as you. =) Forget the music... I guess I'm a good 'ol country girl. Hope you guys have a great time and hey, put some extra time in for me at the mall!!
