Today we had our staff Christmas party at church and James blessed all of us by fixing his
famous chicken tacos. I can't believe it, I've had chicken tacos twice in one month! As you recall the last time James made chicken tacos he very
unthoughtfuly threw away the remaining chicken tacos; you can read all about it
here. I, of course, dug the chicken tacos out of the trash and ate them. And it appears that according to the little poll that I'm running (see poll to the right) that there are 2 other individuals that would dig James' chicken tacos and eat them out of the trash as well.
Today when there were chicken tacos left over James very lovingly set them aside in a pan. He knew better than throw them away in front of me because I would have dove in after them. I was so touched that I took a picture for you...
James is a good friend. He makes me chicken tacos and he cares enough not to let me eat out of the trash... you can't find better friends than that!
