Attendance at church was very low today. I love it when we have a lot of people at church, not because it boosts my ego, there is just more energy and anticipation when there are more people worshiping together. I think we should petition to have Daylight Saving time begin on a Wednesday. Or at least when we "spring forward" it should be on a Wednesday; "falling back" seems to work pretty good for church attendance.
This year stinks for Sundays. Easter comes early this year, so it won't "feel" like Easter on March 23. And in this area Spring Break is the Monday after Easter which means many families will be taking off on Easter weekend to begin Spring Break with their kids. So let me just encourage those of you who call FFC home, to make church a priority and invite at least 3 people to come to church with you on Easter... you don't want to see me cry do you?
