Just Wondering

Do you ever feel really self conscious when you walk into a clothing store and you are wearing a full outfit from that store. For some reason I feel really nerdy walking into Old Navy wearing a shirt that says, "Old Navy". The other day we were in American Eagle and I had on a shirt that said "American Eagle" and my shorts said "American Eagle" and I felt weird. I have this irrational thought that people are thinking, "Does he shop anywhere else? Is he stalking this store? What a nerd."

I get the same way when I walk into Target and I'm wearing red. I think, "Oh no, someone's going to think I work here, why couldn't I have worn blue?"

Do you ever get weirded-out wearing a full outfit from the store you are shopping in? It could just be me... I was just wondering.

  1. I figured that's why Colts fans wear Colts jerseys. If the Colts ever run out of players, they can pick replacements from the stands. eiypcdva

i always hope the store clerks don't recognize their clothes. i try to be inconspicious. also, that target thing. when i'm not waring red i am so thankful. I'm afraid people will think that i'm a target want-a-be.

    just two crazies, i guess.
