Random Comments

Just some random thoughts for this evening -

We are dealing with a very excited 3 year old (soon to be 4) this evening. Shelby is bouncing off the walls because tomorrow is her birthday. I remember getting very excited around my birthday; I couldn't wait to be one year older... I no longer have that problem ;-)

I'm officially tired of winter now. Can we just call the whole winter off now? The weather forecasters believe we are going to have freezing rain tonight and tomorrow morning. We get a little gun shy when we hear the word freezing rain around here. We have flashbacks of 2 years ago when freezing rain knocked out our power for a week or more. (I like to remind everyone I know that I immediately went to Florida the day after the storm hit, that's always fun to rub in). Do you suppose if global warming gets bad enough we could one day have the same climate as Florida?

I'm praying that the ice doesn't come so that everyone can make it to church tomorrow. So many people put in so much time and energy to make Sundays happen that it would be a shame to not have a great turn out at church each week. The folks on the media team have been working hard to put a video together and we should be able to show Kimberly's testimony tomorrow and I don't want a single person to miss it.
