Tomorrow the staff and the elders of FFC are getting together for our annual elder’s retreat. I’m looking forward to spending several hours with the leaders of our church and learning together.
I think our church is on the verge of implementing some very beneficial changes that will help us to be much more effective in the future. Right now the leadership is in the learning mode but I’m anxious for the implementation to begin. When we get closer to making any changes I’ll be sure to post about it.
